Service Description

This private class includes a fully facilitated 1 hour and 30 min warm up, kriya (sets of exercises) and a meditation. Specific classes can be created for a specific outcome or requirement from the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or the need to reschedule can be facilitated 8 hours in advance. Illness or emergencies are understood and classes will automatically be rescheduled. Group classes are subject to rescheduling if a minimum of 2 students are not enrolled.
