INITIAL AYURVEDIC CONSULTATION

Service Description

The Consultation Includes: A full review and in-depth analysis of completed consultation forms that I will send to you prior. In this analysis, we will assess your current state of health, wellbeing and concerns. A 1.5 to 2 hour in person video consultation, using either Facetime, Zoom, Skype, Whats App, where will discuss your responses and my findings, leading to a greater understanding your personal Pakruti (your constitution) and Vakruti (your current state). I will offer suggestions to your diet and lifestyle to bring you to balance and health. I will share recipes, yoga practices, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditations best suited to you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or the need to reschedule can be facilitated 8 hours in advance. Illness or emergencies are understood and classes will automatically be rescheduled. Group classes are subject to rescheduling if a minimum of 2 students are not enrolled.
