SALMON QUINOA

BURGER PATTIES

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Celery Seed

  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest

  • 1 Cup Quinoa

  • 1lb Salmon

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Debone and skin salmon.

  2. Cook the quinoa. 

  3. Mince green onions, cilantro, celery seed, lemon zest, and black pepper together. 

  4. Add the raw salmon and cooked quinoa.

  5. Blend to desired consistency.

  6. Form into patties.

  7. Sautee in hot frying pan with oil of choice. If pan is not hot enough, burgers may stick.
