SALMON QUINOA
BURGER PATTIES
Ingredients:

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
-
1/4 Teaspoon Celery Seed
-
2 Tablespoons Cilantro
-
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
-
1 Cup Quinoa
-
1lb Salmon
-
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions:
-
Debone and skin salmon.
-
Cook the quinoa.
-
Mince green onions, cilantro, celery seed, lemon zest, and black pepper together.

Add the raw salmon and cooked quinoa.
-
Blend to desired consistency.
-
Form into patties.
-
Sautee in hot frying pan with oil of choice. If pan is not hot enough, burgers may stick.
