ROSE LASSI

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Yoghurt

  • 1 Cup Filtered Water

  • 1 Teaspoon Rose Water

  • Sweetener to taste (honey, pure maple syrup, pure cane sugar)

  • 1 Pinch Ground Cardamom

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Blend together and enjoy

 

Notes:

 

Rose Lassi aids digestion, prevents bloating and is a good source of probiotics that improves bone health and boosts the immune system.
