GOLDEN MILK
Ingredients:

1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric

1 Pinch Nutmeg

1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
-
3-4 Grinds of Black Pepper
-
1 Small piece of fresh Ginger
-
1 Cup plant based milk or organic milk
-
1/2 Tablespoon Coconut oil or organic ghee
-
Pure Maple Syrup to taste
Instructions:
1. Place spices in a pan to roast for a short while, marrying the spices.
2. Add your milk of choice and stir.
3. When heated enough, remove from the stove, add oil or ghee and sweetener of choice.
Notes:
Golden Milk has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant properties.
It relieves swelling and pain. Can also boost immunity and some studies have found it can boost your mood too.
