GOLDEN MILK

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric


  • 1 Pinch Nutmeg


  • 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon


  • 3-4 Grinds of Black Pepper


  • 1 Small piece of fresh Ginger

  • 1 Cup plant based milk or organic milk

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Coconut oil or organic ghee

  • Pure Maple Syrup to taste

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Place spices in a pan to roast for a short while, marrying the spices.

2. Add your milk of choice and stir.


3. When heated enough, remove from the stove, add oil or ghee and sweetener of choice.

Notes:

 

Golden Milk has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant properties.

 

It relieves swelling and pain. 
Can also boost immunity and some studies have found it can boost your mood too.
