1/2 Cup Medjool Dates or Date Paste
1/2 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup Almonds
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
Blend all ingredients very well all together.
I blend the nuts and seeds together first with the cocoa powder and then add the dates slowly.
You can choose which nuts and seeds are best for your dosha.
