BANANA, LIME,

COCONUT SMOOTHIE

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 Banana

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom

  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Water

  • Juice of half a lime

 

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Place all the ingredients together and blend

 

 

Notes:

 

I have it as a cooling afternoon snack on a hot summers day or after a workout to replenish my electrolytes and feed the muscles.
