APPLE LIME SMOOTHIE

 

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 Whole Raw apple

  • 1 Pinch Ground Cardamom

  • 1/4 Inch Fresh Ginger

  • 1/4 Piece  Lime

  • 1 Pinch Lime Zest

  • 1/2 Cup Filtered water

 

 

Instructions:

  1. Core & chop the apple.

  2. Scrape the zest off of a lime with micro-grater, zester, or sharp knife.

  3. Grate the ginger.

  4. Add apple, ginger and lime zest ingredients to a blender.

  5. Squeeze lime juice over mixture.

  6. Add water and puree until smooth. 

  7. Serve immediately, as contents may separate quickly.

 

 

Notes:
