APPLE LIME SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:

1 Whole Raw apple

1 Pinch Ground Cardamom
-
1/4 Inch Fresh Ginger
-
1/4 Piece Lime
-
1 Pinch Lime Zest
-
1/2 Cup Filtered water
Instructions:
-
Core & chop the apple.

Scrape the zest off of a lime with micro-grater, zester, or sharp knife.

Grate the ginger.
-
Add apple, ginger and lime zest ingredients to a blender.

Squeeze lime juice over mixture.
-
Add water and puree until smooth.
-
Serve immediately, as contents may separate quickly.
Notes:
